📖 Training & Probation Period (प्रशिक्षण और परिवीक्षा अवधि)
Probation Period: Newly appointed Assistant Managers को 2 साल की probation पर रखा जाएगा।
इस दौरान उनका प्रदर्शन मूल्यांकन के अधीन रहेगा।
प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के बाद ही उन्हें स्थायी नियुक्ति मिलेगी।
